THE BECOMING JOURNEY

Service Description

For people ready for ongoing support through meaningful life change. The Becoming Journey brings together 12 private online sessions with Mona Kia over four months. Your sessions follow The Becoming Method™ — Reconnect. Release. Become. — with the work shaped around your life and what matters to you. Reconnect: clarify what you want, what matters now, and where you feel disconnected from yourself. Release: explore the beliefs, fears, and repeating patterns that influence your choices and confidence. Become: turn insight into practical steps, clearer communication, healthier boundaries, and decisions grounded in self-trust. This journey gives you space to explore change over time and bring what you are learning into everyday life. Your goals guide the work; each person's experience and progress are individual.
